Terms of Service

Effective 19 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Shopee Afiliados Poster application ("the App").

1 What the App does

The App lets its operator publish short affiliate videos to their own connected social accounts, including TikTok, through official platform APIs. It automates uploading and captioning of videos that the operator has created. It does not create fake engagement, buy followers, or interact with other users' content.

2 Who may use it

The App is a private tool operated by its owner for their own accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and comply with the terms of every platform you connect, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok's Developer and Community Guidelines.

3 Account connection

You connect a platform account by granting access through that platform's official login (OAuth). You may revoke access at any time from your platform account settings. The App only acts on accounts you explicitly authorize.

4 Your content and responsibilities

• You own and are responsible for every video, caption, and link you publish through the App.
• You will only publish content you have the rights to, and that complies with each platform's rules and applicable law, including advertising and affiliate-disclosure requirements.
• You will not use the App for spam, misleading claims, or prohibited products.

5 Availability and changes

The App is provided "as is", without warranties. Platform APIs may change or become unavailable, which can interrupt the service. We may update or discontinue the App, and may revise these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

6 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your account.
